Our Heirloom Corn Tortillas are made using responsibly sourced heirloom corn. This process preserves tradition and flavor while enriching a beautiful color to the tortilla. All tortillas are homemade from scratch.
Rotating heirlooms include: blue, red, yellow, white, purple hibiscus & red chile.

We always offer flour and corn tortillas at the Farmer’s Market. Our heirloom options rotate with the seasons. If you'd like to place a special order for pickup at the market, please email us at least one week in advance at GalvanFoods@gmail.com.
We also provide special pickups outside of the Farmer’s Market and catering services.
